Client Service / Engagement Coordinator

WPIC is adding Engagement Coordinators to the team. This entry level role is responsible for supporting client engagements on a task and initiative basis. The work is diverse and will include collaborating with operations, client manager, clients and leadership to organize, clarify and streamline communication with clients.

About you

You are highly organized, analytical, and detail oriented with proven experience in delivering specific deliverables on time and to a high-level of quality. You have a solid background in report creation, presentation and plan development, creative, and are able to communicate confidently verbally and in writing.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on activities related to the project; including file and system setup and status updates
  • Completing communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Refining report presentations to clearly and effectively communicate the achievements and outcomes of client work
  • Collaborating on marketing, creative and strategic planning presentations

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of creative client work, business analysis, communication, marketing and project management experience in a business consulting, e-commerce or marketing agency environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal, external and geographically dispersed resources
  • Aptitude for digital tool adoption and process building to enhance efficiency
  • Ability to communicate with Chinese colleagues and collaborate in various time zones
