Client Service / Engagement Manager

Location: Global remote

WPIC is adding an Engagement Manager to the team. Engagement Managers are the long-term trusted partners to our clients. This role is responsible for the client relationship, account health and overall program lifecycle client service by liaising with the operational service groups to achieve business objectives, strategic development and client relationship management.

About you

You are highly self-motivated and results-oriented with proven experience in managing strategic programs to meet and exceed targets and objectives. You have a solid background in client service work, marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, brand management or merchandising. Most importantly, you can communicate confidently in a client-facing environment and collaborate with service groups to assemble solutions for client problems.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary focal point of contact between WPIC and client program management and strategic planning
  • Identifying and road mapping solutions to achieving increased success for clients
  • Continually educating clients of the entire WPIC offering and new developments
  • Creating and implementing recurring process to streamline recurring activities
  • Managing client’s expectations, scope of work and work packages through to completion
  • Managing internal, external and geographically dispersed resources to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of merchandising, branding, marketing agency, eCommerce management, client services and/or business consulting
  • Marketing agency or professional services experience considered an asset
  • Experience in managing eCommerce and marketing programs considered an asset
  • Ability to communicate with culturally diverse teams
  • Proven ability to manage internal, external and geographically dispersed resources
  • Aptitude for digital tool adoption and process building to enhance efficiency
  • Ability to communicate with Chinese colleagues and collaborate in various time zones
