As WPIC Marketing + Technologies embarks on an exciting chapter in Australia with the recent opening of our Sydney office, we are committed to making a positive impact in our new community. In honour of International Women’s Day and aligning with our longstanding commitment to women’s empowerment, we are delighted to announce a contribution to Support The Girls, a charity dedicated to aiding disadvantaged women and girls across Australia.

Support the Girls is at the forefront of providing essential resources and support to women and girls who find themselves in challenging circumstances. Their initiatives reach urban and rural communities, ensuring that those in dire need are not left without support. The charity’s efforts include distributing essential hygiene products, organizing bra gifting events, and conducting rural outreach, all aimed at empowering women and girls to regain confidence, resilience, and self-esteem.

“As an organization our sole aim is to see women and girls find their self worth by providing them with dignity. When women thrive community thrives,” said Jane Holmes, Founder and CEO of Support the Girls. “Being so generously supported by a company that has such an incredible ethos is encouraging and the funds will go a long way to seeing us being able to continue our unique work. We are so grateful.”

Our decision to support Support the Girls aligns with WPIC Marketing + Technologies’ values and our commitment to social responsibility. Women’s empowerment has always been a critical component of our identity, guiding both our CSR initiatives and our operations worldwide.

“Jane was gracious to visit our Sydney office this week and share her story with us—her tireless work and passion are inspiring,” said Joseph Cooke, President of WPIC Marketing + Technologies. “ We’re thrilled to be supporting the organization and hope this is the beginning of a long collaboration. I was so touched to have my daughters present Jane with WPIC’s contribution to the organization.”

WPIC is committed to fostering a work environment where women thrive. Recognized by the Women’s Empowerment Council as the Best Company for the Advancement of Women (SME) at the Women Empowerment Awards in China 2022, WPIC stands out for its strong female leadership. In China, 75% of our C-suite are women, which has been pivotal in maintaining a 67% female workforce and achieving a 90% retention rate among our female staff.

We are inspired by the tireless work and passion of the team at Support the Girls and are proud to support their mission. With our expanding footprint around the world, we are committed to contributing to the local communities where we operate.
